About Admin Relief
I'm a Cape Town-based operations, marketing and content professional with more than 20 years of experience across corporate and agency environments, and the founder of Admin Relief.
Think traffic-control meets ops manager meets creative eye: systems-minded, highly organised and execution-focused, with a genuine love for bringing clarity and momentum to complex projects, people and workflows.
Since founding Admin Relief in 2012, I've provided remote operational and creative support to founders, small businesses and entrepreneurs across South Africa and internationally, handling everything from workflow coordination and campaign management to website builds, copywriting and AI-assisted content production.
Outside of work, you'll find me elbow-deep in art journalling, upcycling random objects into something my home didn't know it needed or losing badly at Xbox Kinect with my family. I've also volunteered as a PC literacy trainer for an NPO facilitating work preparedness for previously disadvantaged women.
